    THE ROLE

    We are looking for Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our busy finance department.

    The candidate will principally ensure the complete and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions on a timely basis.

    The successful candidate will be a reliable and conscientious individual with previous supervisory experience within a Finance department. The individual should have experience of accounts payable using a purchase order system, good systems knowledge using SAP is advantageous, a strong understanding of current VAT processes (including customs clearances, goods movements and inward/outward processing) and good Excel skills. Experience of accounts payable cash forecasting and/or balance sheet reconciliations would be also be beneficial.

    Duties will include:

    • Management and supervision of accounts payable team of 3.
    • Understand and support finance systems as required.
    • Prepare and control weekly payment proposals.
    • Maintain monthly reconciliations of accruals and prepayments accounts.
    • Deal with various VAT topics including intrastats, customs clearances

    We are seeking a Relations and Events Manager to help support our dynamic Marketing Team based out of our factory in Milton Keynes, UK.

    The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to nurture the relationship between Red Bull Racing and the exciting World of Red Bull, ensuring there is effective communication flow between the Team’s factory in Milton Keynes and Red Bull headquarters in Austria; implementing measures to continuously improve support and guidance to Red Bull worldwide markets and its subsidiaries; and to manage trackside guest programs at races, tests and Team events.

    Additional responsibilities include supporting the Head of Red Bull Relations and Events with the organisation and running of Team events such as Live Demos (our F1 showcar events), moving image productions and internal Team events within the factory and at the track.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of commitment, experience in event organisation and brand management, excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment within a team which expects excellence as a minimum standard.

    Extensive worldwide travel is required.

    To be responsible for the building of Formula One cars, car sub-assemblies, individual car components and associated support equipment; both at and away from McLaren Technology Centre.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    The role holder will be responsible for;

    • Responsible for car conformance to the build specification and car set up sheet
    • Responsible for car and “front of house” garage presentation.
    • Supporting and contributing to the effective planning for manpower utilisation in order to achieve daily schedules and achieve service turnaround dates.
    • Working with the Chief Mechanic to ensure appropriate behaviours are demonstrated within the Team, and any issues are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • Experience of delivering quality components to extremely tight and demanding deadlines with conflicting priorities.
    • Experience of working in a highly technical engineering function.
    • Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings.
    • Ability to contribute to car component fault diagnosis process
    • Evidence of a strong understanding of modern Formula One systems and components.
    • Proven experience of developing and motivating a team.
    • Previous experience of working in a motorsport environment.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
