We are looking for Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our busy finance department.
The candidate will principally ensure the complete and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions on a timely basis.
The successful candidate will be a reliable and conscientious individual with previous supervisory experience within a Finance department. The individual should have experience of accounts payable using a purchase order system, good systems knowledge using SAP is advantageous, a strong understanding of current VAT processes (including customs clearances, goods movements and inward/outward processing) and good Excel skills. Experience of accounts payable cash forecasting and/or balance sheet reconciliations would be also be beneficial.
Duties will include:
- Management and supervision of accounts payable team of 3.
- Understand and support finance systems as required.
- Prepare and control weekly payment proposals.
- Maintain monthly reconciliations of accruals and prepayments accounts.
- Deal with various VAT topics including intrastats, customs clearances
